What is the process of creating a custom order

Depending on our production schedule turn around time is anywhere between 8-10 weeks.

Packaging and shipping is calculated at the time of shipping.
Any pieces arriving broken due to shipping must be reported within 24 hours of the package arrival for credit/replacement. We are not responsible for any items broken in stores or issues with pieces once they have been accepted as received.
